What Goes Great with Socks!

Lewis and Clark! Martin and Lewis! Abbott and Costello! Peanut butter and Jelly! Bacon and Eggs! Tinker to Evers to Chance! (Well, that’s a trio but still great!)
What do all these things have in common? They were or are great duos. Just as these were or are great duos, we think socks can be paired with a variety of things to make great duos, too. Maybe even as great as Sonny and Cher!
+ Socks and Tea – warm, comfortable socks with a hot, soothing cup of your favorite tea
+ Socks and Shoes – an outstanding pair of fashionable socks (preferably purchased from SammySocks Etc.) with a pair of clogs, deck shoes, flip flops, sandals, sneakers, or slippers, to name a few
+ Socks and Kittens – both are soft, cute, and cuddly
+ Socks and a Movie – curl up on the couch with a cozy pair of socks on your feet and a classic movie on the screen
+ Socks and a Book – see Socks and a Movie above except substitute “a classic movie on the screen” for “a classic book in your lap”
+ Socks and Popcorn – good any night of the week – a comfortable pair of socks and a bowl of buttery popcorn (can be combined with Socks and a Movie and/or Socks and a book)
+ Socks and Your Favorite Dance Partner – slick socks paired with your favorite dance partner “cutting a rug” to the latest EDM release, an old Beatles classic, Chubby Checker’s “The Twist”, “The Blue Danube” by Strauss, or slow dancin’ to “Lady in Red” by Eric Clapton - Great Stuff!
+ Socks and Pasta – Rumor has it (and most sock historians agree) that Leonard Da Vinci always had a big bowl of his favorite pasta right before getting started on his latest painting or invention. On the morning of the initial sitting for the Mona Lisa portrait, Leonardo was said to have feasted on the classic spaghetti and meat balls dish.
+ Socks and Sandals – (Mark’s personal favorite) Ah, the classic brown sandals and black sock duo. Nothing more to be said here.
