     We offer a variety of products from Printful. This is a print-or-embroider-on-demand product fulfillment company. SammySocks Etc. currently offers t-shirts and mugs from Printful. Take a look at our merchandise available from Printful.

Return Policy / Refund Policy for Products Ordered from Printful Through SammySocks Etc.

What is your return policy for items ordered from Printful through SammySocks Etc.?

     We don’t offer returns unless there is something wrong with your order. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know within 30 days after you have received your order based on the delivery date from the shipping carrier’s tracking information. Start the return process by contacting us at [contact@sammysocksetc.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on next steps. Items sent to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

     We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.

     Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for returns.

What is your refund policy for items ordered from Printful through SammySocks Etc.?

     Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, mislabeled items, or damaged items. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you received the wrong items, mislabeled items, or damaged items, please let us know within 30 days after you have received your order based on the delivery date from the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

     Contact us at [contact@sammysocksetc.com] with photos of the wrong, mislabeled, or damaged items, the order number, any other details about your order, and if you would like a refund or a replacement item. Once we have determined that you were sent the wrong items, mislabeled items, or damaged items, we will send you a refund or a replacement item based on the information provided in your email. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method the cost of the items, your shipping cost, and any applicable sales tax. If you have requested a replacement item, we will pay the shipping costs.

     We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

     Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

     At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please, before you order, check out Printful’s sizing charts—we have one for every Printful item listed on our store, in the product description section. Please check out our color charts before you order to see the color you would like for your items. The color charts are included with each Printful item in the product description section.

     Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Orders Returned Back to Printful by the Shipping Carrier

     The return address is set by default to the Printful facility that completed your order. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to SammySocks Etc. SammySocks Etc. will contact you, the customer as to next steps.

     Wrong Address or Undeliverable Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. SammySocks Etc. will receive notice from Printful once the order arrives back at Printful’s facility. We will contact, you, the customer, to determine how you would like to proceed; either canceling the order or having us reship the order to the correct address at your expense. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been returned by you, the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

     Always be sure to double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete. Also, when adding your zip code, please make sure the street address and city match the zip code for that street address and city. Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order at SammySocks Etc., it will be electronically sent to a Printful facility nearest to your shipping address. It usually takes Printful 3 – 7 days to fulfill an order. Once the order has been fulfilled, Printful will ship the order to you. Printful decides which shipping carrier to use: USPS, FedEx, DHL, or DPD. The shipping time depends on the destination location. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • From the time the order is placed at SammySocks Etc. till the customer receives the order: 10 – 14 days.

How do I track my order?

     You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [contact@sammysocksetc.com].

Where will my order ship from?

     We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Printful will fulfill your order from a facility nearest to your shipping destination. Each order is assigned a tracking number.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

     Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

     If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [contact@sammysocksetc.com] with your order number.

     Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you, the customer, thinks you haven't received it, we will not take responsibility and reship that order.

     If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

     The order may have been returned to the Printful facility it was shipped from. Please see the “Orders Returned Back to Printful by the Shipping Carrier” section.

My order was lost in transit, what should I do?

     All orders fulfilled by Printful receive a tracking number when shipped. If it is past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received the order, the package might be lost in transit. Look for the tracking log when you check the tracking log for the order. If there are limited or no entries in the tracking log, the order was most likely lost in transit. If you see entries in the tracking log, then please wait a few days longer.  Please contact us at contact @sammysocksetc.com.

How are your products made?

     We work with a print-and/or-embroidery-on-demand drop shipper: Printful. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed or embroidered and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

What if I order products from Printful and SammySocks Etc. in the same order?

     If you order products from Printful and SammySocks Etc. in the same order, you will have two shipping costs. One will be from Printful. The other will be from SammySocks Etc. The products ordered from Printful are sent from one of their facilities nearest to the shipping destination address. The products ordered from SammySocks Etc. come from a different facility based in Texas. The two shipping costs will be combined into one cost displayed when you check out. For example, if you order a t-shirt from Printful, the shipping may be $3.99. If you also order socks from SammySocks Etc., the shipping will be $3.95 unless you spend over $45.00. In that case, the shipping from SammySocks Etc. will be $0.00 for you. But for this example, let’s say the shipping is $3.95 for the product from SammySocks Etc. The two shipping costs ($3.99 + $3.95) will be put together at checkout and be for $7.94.

What are shipping costs if I order more than one product from Printful?

     Shipping costs from Printful vary based on the type of product ordered. If a customer orders one t-shirt, the shipping cost is $3.99. There is an additional cost of $2.00 for another t-shirt. The shipping cost for two t-shirts would be $5.99. These are shipped together.

     If a customer orders one 11-oz. mug, the shipping cost is $6.49. There is an additional cost of $3.50 for another 11-oz. mug. The shipping cost for two mugs would be $9.99. These are shipped together.

     If a customer orders one t-shirt and one 11-oz. mug, these are shipped separately and will have separate shipping costs. The shipping cost for the one t-shirt will be $3.99. The shipping cost for the 11-oz. mug will be $6.49. The shipping cost for two would be $10.48.
